I have recently started meal prepping and I am always having to chop fruits and vegetables. This garlic press is made of stainless steel and is very durable and strong. The process of pressing your garlic is simple. Spread the device handles apart and add your garlic clove in the small bucket. Press the handles together and voila, instant minced garlic comes out! This tool is also extremely easy to take apart and clean. Just remove the bucket and clean it out and wash off the handles and you are done. 

After using the garlic press for a few cloves of garlic, I am astonished. It is super fast and easy. The whole process takes about three seconds. I used this garlic press on one of my Sunday meal prepping days and it took off about an hours worth of prep. I am so glad that I bought this garlic press.
