Julienne Peeler and Slicer by Briesly

I saw this Julienne Peeler and Slicer by Briesly and was looking at the photos on Amazon. It looked like a great tool that I could use when peeling potatoes. I love potatoes and I am always cooking them with other vegetables and adding it to some stew. I decided to try it out because I needed a new peeler and the slicer looked like fun.

Once I received my peeler/slicer, I went ahead and tried it out on some potatoes and a cucumber I had. I created a YouTube video demonstrating how to use the peeler and I will attach the link below. I like the design of this tool. You have the peeler attachment on one side and the slicer on the other. On both sides of the head of this device, you have two different sized corers that can also be used to decorate strawberries and other fruits and vegetables. I tried out all three tools and they worked beautifully. I really love how the slicer slices the potato and
cucumber into strips. I could definitely use that for some of my recipes!

Overall, I am very happy that I purchased this peeler/slicer. It is a great addition to my kitchen utensils and tools. The blades are very sharp and glide smoothly across my fruits and vegetables. After peeling the potato and cucumber in my video, I immediately starting peeling more potatoes and made my beef stew. The peeler is fun to use so the time flies. I would rate this product with a five star because it worked great and I had fun using it. I would definitely recommend to others.
