Thermo Pure Stimulant Free Natural Fat Burner

I have recently started taking dietary supplements for my overall well-being and health. My sister,
Ariel, decided to try dietary supplements as well because she saw how great the pills I have been trying worked. Both my sister and I will be going on a cruise in a few weeks and we started taking some fat burning and appetite suppression pills so we could look our best. We have been exercising daily and drinking plenty of water so with the help of the pills my sister and I hope for the best. I started with the HIT Diva Fat Burner supplement and she tried the Thermo Pure Stimulant Free Natural Fat Burner by Pacific Northwest Naturals.


The Thermo Pure pills arrived a few days after my own pills. They come in a

plain white bottle with an orange label around it. Not very unique or pretty. The label has small print so it was hard to read the ingredients, however, once read the ingredients are natural unlike my own. The label also didn't say how to take your pills. It just says the serving size is 2 veggie capsules and nothing about how many to take a day or with what. A little sketchy but I read the instructions on the Amazon post and this is what was said:

Take two capsules in the morning upon waking before first meal & two capsules early afternoon before meal.
For optimal results, use for 8 weeks.

Now four pills a day is a little crazy especially with your daily multivitamin and

other supplements taken. So I suggested to my sister to start with only two pills a day. She did and found that they did not give her any noticeable side effects. She wasn't jittery or nervous. She wasn't overstimulated either. She has been taking them for about 2 weeks now and she has already lost some weight. She has lost at least an inch around her waist and she has lost about 5 pounds. That is alot considering she is about 160 pounds. She is estatic and I can't blame her. Now this weight loss could also be because we are exercising everyday but she believes that the pills are definitely helping.

Overall, my sister is glad that she tried out these pills. They are all natural and don't cause any side effects. She is more active and she says that she has more energy throughout the day. She has three kids so she needs all the energy she can get. She can't wait to finish the pills so she can see her final results. She would definitely recommend this product to others. I would rate this product with a three or four star because the directions are missing on the label and it is hard to read.
